In the first year of Natural Sciences you will choose three experimental subjects, and a mathematics option. There is a a very wide range of subjects to choose from, and almost all combinations are possible as long as you’ve done the pre-requisite A levels/equivalents. For example, it is perfectly possible to include biological options if you’ve been accepted as a “Phys” NatSci (the distinction is really just for application purposes).
Have a browse through our student perspectives on first year options. At the beginning of the year there will be opportunities to talk to your DoS and current students to help you make a choice which interests you.
